Project Overview
Rafla Pump Station project, designed to serve the villages of Rafla and Al-Khamsin in Abu Swier – Ismailia governorate, is structured into two phases to ensure sustainable wastewater management. The first phase, operational until 2037, handles a discharge capacity of 60 liters per second, while the second phase, from 2037 to 2057, increases capacity to 105 liters per second. The station receives wastewater from the sewage networks of Rafla and a forcemain line from Al-Khamsin Pump Station, with a 200 mm diameter and a length of 2235 meters. The discharge line has a diameter of 400 mm and extends 6770 meters, serving approximately 19226 residents.
